RENEE RICHMOND
Renee has had a passion for styling and has always had an eye for design. As an artist herself, she has always admired attention to detail in joinery and furnishing in homes. Having studied at the Sydney Design School she has carried over her passion and enthusiasm into her business and loves creating beautiful spaces for her clients to call home. Personalised and curated just for you, she puts the client at the forefront of any creative process. From the initial consultation to concept development, furniture selection, all the way through to final stages of delivery as a design and interiors specialists she is dedicated to offering knowledge, support and guidance throughout the entire journey.

SAMANTHA CAHILL
Lead Designer- Senior Interior Designer
With more than 25 years experience in the high-end residential design and construction industries, Samantha's design ethos conveys quality, timelessness and a dramatic touch of the eclectic. Forever fervent for the world of interior and exterior architecture and design and all that it embodies, Samantha is also passionate about sharing her love for the industry with like minded students at Sydney Design School teaching all things technical in the specialist field of 2D and 3D CAD and BIM software. Determined and detail-oriented, Samantha thrives on the pursuit of excellence, driving her to deliver projects to the highest standard. Samantha brings to SAGE a wealth of experience and knowledge in building design and interior design services, project management and procurement.
RACQUEL BOU FRANCIS
Racquel, our Senior Designer, holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Technology and brings over 9 years of industry experience to her role. She is committed to her ongoing professional development and staying ahead of emerging design trends while maintaining a love for timeless aesthetics. Racquel’s background in architecture and construction has fueled her passion for interior design. With a keen eye for detail, she creates beautiful, functional spaces that clients can enjoy for years. Her expertise lies in curating living experiences through thoughtful use of space, lighting, and texture. She guides clients from concept to completion, delivering design solutions that don’t compromise on aesthetics or functionality.

SHANNON BIALA
Shannon has a love for design that comes from the inspiration of nature, expression of art and a passion to make life beautiful right at home. She has a strong eye for colour and texture through the careful thought of principles and elements of design. Her focus lies in attention to detail with conceptual development, funtionality and all things creative. Shannon has also completed her studies at Sydney Design School where she was awarded highly recommended by her mentors in the year 2021. With her ongoing experience in the design industry, Shannon specialises in detailed joinery design, realistic renders, presentations as well as guiding client’s with their design aspirations.

TAYLAH MITRESKI
Junior Interior Designer
Taylah's deep passion for architecture fuels her boundless creativity. Currently studying for an honors degree in interior architecture, her eye for detail is conveyed throughout the journey of concept to completion. Through this degree, she has learnt to think critically through user centred design techniques that develop into aesthetically pleasing built forms. Taylah also expanded her knowledge within the construction and property management industry further showing her obsession within the industry and all things joinery. The combination of these skill sets has led her to have a unique perspective into the details of architecture and to apply this eye to site, clients, and project developments.
